A family owned business with a continuous history going back to the early 19th century has recently celebrated its 170th anniversary. David Davies & Sons of Oswestry, Shropshire is still very much a family business with the 5th generation from the original founders, Nick and Gillian now caring for the needs of local families. The new SAAB Hearse shown in our picture is the second new SAAB the company has purchased from Coleman Milne and it joins their matching limousine in providing a prestigious fleet for all of their customers.

Chambers & Brighty have recently taken delivery of their first brand new fleet of Coleman Milne vehicles. Ian Chambers and Jeff Brighty set up a joint venture in September 2000, after 45 years experience as funeral directors, and have achieved their goal of providing the local community of Wellingborough, Northamptonshire with the best possible service.
Jeff and Ian looked at all the vehicles available in the marketplace, and chose the Coleman Milne Ford for its huge interior space and effortless performance. A contributing factor was the large number of standard features like the adjustable air suspension, the battery guard and many more.
All at Coleman Milne wish Ian and Jeff continued success in their business.

Picture shows Stuart Major with Terry Youles receiving the Cardinal hearse recently.
After 5 years working for Miller’s, Stuart has now gained a controlling interest in the business. Stuarts aim is to repeat Millers recent 100 years’ celebration by keeping the business independent for the next 100 years as well.
Over the years this true family business has had many vehicles, but has again decided on a Coleman Milne vehicle because of their reliability, and because of the quality of service and support they have always received from Coleman Milne.
